Let me first start by saying 'THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU'!
If not for your quick response to my need of a security door, I'd still be having sleepless nights.
I am a single mom living in Chandler. I have two children. After someone tried breaking down the front door to my house at 12:35 am I was terrified. I obviously called the Chandler Police. They called out five cars as we still have that Chandler rapist running around, but they couldn't find anyone in my area.
The next morning I came to work and told my boss what had happened. She gave me your name, Chandler Screen & Awning. I called them right away and was told it would take five weeks to order and install a security door. I told them what my dilemma was and that I would take one from stock - even if it was green with purple pok-a-dots - I was desperate. Within a couple of hours they sent out Matt to measure my door and see if they had one in stock. A couple hours later I called Patty and was told they didn't have my size in stock. I was just beside myself. Then Patty said she had spoken to Jim H. of S & J Wholesale and he heard of my dilemma and would have a door made and installed in my house in one week.
This put me into tears. Not only was it going to be installed four weeks early, but it was cheaper than the original quoted price.
I could never be more grateful than I am to S & J Wholesale, Jim H. and the people at Chandler Screen & Awning.
Thank you for giving back a mother her peace of mind and security. You Are The Best!!!!

Your company's name was submitted by SRP for saving on screening of our house.
We screened the whole house, to your estimator's amazement and bewilderment. Upon his departure, he asked about a security door, and we proceeded to purchase one. We appreciated all that he assisted us with on this purchase and everything was explained in a timely fashion by him, too.
The installer worked from the moment of arrival until the job was professionally completed (about four hours). His attention to detail is outstanding, and to find a worker of this caliber is a credit to you and your company. He worked steady and carefully, and upon inspection of his work, I was very impressed with how clean and neat the installation was done.
Congratulations on haaving such great people working for your company and may you have great success in the future.
